DAY WALKS
Ultimate Hikes New Zealand offers a series of guided day walks for people
with limited time or who do not want to complete a longer walk.
ROUTEBURN TRACK ENCOUNTER
A
guided walk up the spectacular
Routeburn
Valley through the beech forest out to the Routeburn Flats where you will
enjoy lunch in the natural clearing. You have the option of climbing to the
Routeburn Falls for breathtaking views back down the valley.
Daily ex Queenstown (18 October to 30 April)

7.30am – 8.00am pick up from accommodation

MILFORD TRACK ENCOUNTER
Take a one hour cruise on Lake Te Anau to Glade wharf before disembarking to
take a short walk to Glade House. Your guide will then take you through rich
beech forest up the Clinton Valley. The Milford Track Encounter is an ideal
way to sample the magic of the “finest walk in the world”.

MOUNT COOK ENCOUNTER
 The
Mount Cook Encounter takes you up the Hooker Valley to the terminal lake of
the Hooker Glacier, beneath the south face of Mt Cook, where you will enjoy
lunch. Upon your return for those that want a little more select one of the
short bush walks around the Mt Cook Village.
