Two bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people.
The supreme studio apartments can accommodate a maximum of 3

A discount of 10% per night on all room rates quoted above is
available on bookings that are prepaid in full upon confirmation
of reservation.

All rates above include a complimentary daily island breakfast
which consists of cereal, toast, preserves, pot of tea or
plunger of coffee, bowl of fresh island fruit and glass of
tropical fruit juice per person.

Rates include tax at 12.5%.

Maximum occupancy in all studio rooms is 3 adults (12 rooms
interconnect)

All rooms have super king size beds plus 1 single, however twin
beds or 3 singles can be arranged

Day room rate is half the night rate with check out at 6pm. Late
check out rate (after 6pm) is full night rate.

Early check in rate is full night as above. Half of nightly rate
will be charged for check in after 6am.

Cancellation policy:

Within 15-30 days - payment of 1 night accommodation

Within 14 days - payment of 2 nights accommodation

No show or failure to cancel - full stay will be charged

For cancellations received part way through stay, the
remaining nights of the booking will be charged unless the
room can be resold.

your stay includes at least one Sunday evening -- you won't want
to miss our famous sunset BBQ overlooking the large fresh-water
