Booking Information and Conditions

• All programs on this site can be booked with your local travel agency or directly Sunspots International.
• Product details and itinerary may be subject to change at any time without notice.  Sunspots International reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel any itinerary, program or service that we provide at our discretion.
• Web prices are subject to airline and hotel increases/changes.
• Valid passports are required to all South Pacific destinations and are the responsibility of the client.  A Visa is required for Australia travel.
• Insurance is strongly suggested and can be purchased along with a Sunspots International package.
• Changes made to a confirmed file incurs a fee of $25 per booking and a
  $10 per person per hotel.
• Upon full payment the change fee is $100.00 per person.
• Change fees after documents are issued is $200.00 per booking.
• Cancellation outside of 30 days results in loss of deposit plus any hotel/airline fees applicable.
• Cancellation 8-30 days of departure results in 50% of package plus any hotel and airline fees applicable.
• 0-7 days of departure results in 100% of package forfeiture.
• A $200.00 per person nonrefundable deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. This payment
  indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of Sunspots International.. All bookings within 60 days of departure, will be re-evaluated for fluctuation of the foreign exchange rate and invoiced for final payment.
